Holistic Bio Spa® is seeking an exceptional Regenerative Medicine Doctor to join our clinical team in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

This is a long-term, on-site position for a serious, bilingual physician who is fully licensed to practice medicine in Mexico and genuinely passionate about regenerative, functional, integrative, and holistic medicine.

We are looking for a doctor who wants to be part of a mission: helping patients from around the world access advanced, personalized Medicine 4.0® care in Puerto Vallarta.

Holistic Bio Spa® is an advanced integrative and regenerative medicine clinic located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. For more than 21 years, the clinic has served patients seeking a personalized approach to health and wellness.

Our international patients travel from the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and other parts of the world. Our clinical approach may incorporate regenerative medicine, cellular therapies, functional medicine, advanced IV therapy, oxygen and ozone therapies, peptide medicine, hormone optimization, detoxification, nutrition, biohacking technologies, and long-term health support.

The Opportunity

The Regenerative Medicine Doctor will work directly with patients and our clinical team to design, supervise, and refine personalized Medicine 4.0® protocols.

This role requires medical intelligence, excellent communication, humility, curiosity, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. The doctor must be comfortable working with international patients who expect clarity, professionalism, compassion, and high-level clinical thinking.

This is a stable, long-term position for a physician who wants to live and work in Puerto Vallarta and grow with an established regenerative medicine clinic.

Required Qualifications

Medical degree with valid credentials to practice medicine in Mexico.
Current Mexican professional license / cédula profesional.
SEP-recognized medical credentials.
SEP-recognized diplomado, master’s degree, specialty, or equivalent recognized credential in regenerative medicine, functional medicine, integrative medicine, anti-aging medicine, or a closely related field.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Bicultural experience strongly preferred due to our international patient base.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on clinical experience in integrative, functional, regenerative, anti-aging, oncology-support, Lyme, autoimmune, hormone, or complex chronic illness care.
Willingness to work on-site in Puerto Vallarta.
Long-term commitment and desire to grow with the clinic.

Clinical Areas of Focus

Experience or strong interest in the following areas is highly valuable:

Stem cell and cellular therapies, including MUSE Cells®, MSCs, exosomes, secretomes, PRP, and transfer factors.
Immune therapies and immune-modulation strategies.
Ozone and oxygen therapies, including 10-pass ozone, HBOT, EWOT, and photobiomodulation.
Peptide medicine.
Hormone replacement and optimization.
Nutrigenomics, DNA interpretation, methylation, detox pathways, and personalized supplement planning.
Advanced laboratory interpretation.
Complex chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, Lyme disease, chronic inflammation, chronic fatigue, and neurological conditions.
Integrative cancer-support care.
Gut health, microbiome support, detoxification, and nutritional protocols.
Biohacking and longevity technologies.

What You Will Do

Perform comprehensive medical evaluations before treatment.
Review medical histories, intake forms, laboratory results, medications, supplements, patient goals, and contraindications.
Co-create personalized, tiered Medicine 4.0® protocols.
Supervise and validate regenerative, IV, hormonal, peptide, detox, and advanced wellness therapies.
Interpret advanced laboratory findings, hormone panels, metabolic panels, 3D Scan findings, and patient progress data.
Coordinate with nurses, therapists, reception, administration, and patient-care staff.
Provide clear patient education in English and Spanish.
Support clinical decision-making for international patients before, during, and after their visit.
Follow patients over time, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up when appropriate.
Help refine internal protocols, clinical workflows, and patient education systems.
Participate in ongoing training in emerging regenerative therapies.
