What can you make with lentil sprouts?

Anything. Salads, hummus, chili, sandwiches, burritos, stir-fry, soups, spring rolls, shakes, you name it. Soon, we’ll put out some fun practical recipes!

Caution:
Legumes like lentils only last for a short period of time (approximately 4-5 days in the fridge). So remember to rinse and check the sprouts thoroughly, using your judgment when to toss out. If any parts get dark or mushy, you can just snip it off if that bothers you.
