How to make lentil sprouts
So, you’ve soaked your sprouts, you’ve watched them grow, and you have them freshly rinsed in a jar. Give them a try! You can add them to salads to add some crunch! Your body will be able to freely digest it’s life-giving food without having to battle those inhibitors. And the fiber provides an added bonus to the flow of things 😉
Other than digestion, in what other areas does sprouting lentils help?

1/2 Cup of sprouts contains:
- 3.5 grams of protein,
- 7.5 grams of carbohydrates
- Less than 0.25 grams of total fat.
- 136 micrograms of copper (15% of daily adult requirements)
- 0.6 milligrams of zinc (8% of daily requirements for women)
- 6.5 milligrams of vitamin C
- However, less iron and potassium is present (so eat more bananas and beans)
