COVID-19 Update

Holistic Bio Spa is currently still operating! While we have health alternatives to prevent and treat coronavirus, we continue to follow government-issued precautions and directives.

Our clinic will remain open at this time.

First and foremost, the safety and well-being of our patients, community, and staff are always our highest priorities.

The current COVID-19 situation in Puerto Vallarta is changing rapidly, and we want to reassure you we are monitoring the most up-to-date guidance from multiple trusted sources, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Mexican Authorities, and more.

As a practice, we follow CDC and OSHA guidelines to prevent the spread of infectious diseases at all times. Please be assured we’re committed to providing a safe experience for all of our guests, as always!

Prevention is key!

We recently wrote a blog with top tips on how to protect yourself from the coronavirus:

  1. Remain calm and practice good hygiene measures.
  2. Get a high-dose vitamin C IV.
  3. Take the recommended immune-boosting supplements.
  4. Make sure you have Thieves® essential oils handy everywhere you go.

“Should I reschedule my appointment?”

Not necessarily! Our office is one of the safest places you could possibly be during this difficult time thanks to our holistic treatments.

Please call us at +52 (322) 221 1607 to reschedule or take additional precautions during your appointment if:

  • You (or a family member) have been experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fatigue)
  • If you’ve been exposed to anyone with COVID-19
  • If you’ve traveled within the last 14 days, particularly internationally or on a cruise ship

We will be happy to reschedule your appointment with no penalties.

If you have been exposed or believe to have coronavirus, we have alternative treatments that can help you stay strong and recover. But you must contact us via phone to talk about these sensitive measures.

Additional information regarding COVID-19

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is central to responding to this threat and a good source of information. More information regarding how to protect yourself can be found on their website.

The CDC provides dentists with a list of Standard Precautions, which we have followed for years and will always continue to follow. Their guidelines are instrumental in keeping our patients and staff safe as well as preventing the spread of any infection. Additional resources:

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions. Be assured your health and safety will continue to be our top priority as this situation develops!
