Our Stem Cell Procedure
How Is Stem Cell Therapy Performed at Holistic Bio Spa?
Every good farmer knows that for something to grow, you need the right type of seeds and healthy soil.
So, our doctors conduct extensive laboratory blood tests for over 64 markers to determine which type of stem cells will work best for your goals and health condition. We then recommend various detoxing and metabolic-balancing treatments to maximize your investment. For example: cleaning your blood plasma by removing cellular waste and heavy metals, balancing your hormones, and a clinically personalized nutritional program. This preparation phase is a crucial factor because if the stem cells do not have the right building blocks and environment to create new healthy tissue, your results will be suboptimal.
Time to plant the seeds! Far better than options available in the USA, our doctors can administer 100% safe and ethical cellular therapies approved by the Federal Health Ministry such as exosomes, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Pluripotent Multilineage Differentiating Stress-Enduring (MUSE) Stem Cells, Pluripotent Adult Stem Cells (PASCs), Autologous Stem Cells, Natural Killer Cells, and Mesenchymal Stem Cells (from the placenta and umbilical cord) combined with holistic medical treatments to prompt your body to regenerate cells and tissues at a faster rate.
The stem cells will turn into healthy new cells, thus regenerating affected regions for several months. But it doesn’t have to stop there!
Seeds grow best when given proper nutrients and care, and the same goes for stem cell therapy! Our doctors recommend complementary treatments like Hyperbaric Chamber sessions, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, Cryogenic Therapy, intravenous medical-grade therapies with essential vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, peptides, and trace minerals, along with NAD therapy and ozone therapies, high-quality nutritional supplements, joint formulas, and FMT. These therapies help your body maintain a balanced, healthy environment, allowing stem cells to effectively support tissue repair and regeneration. Each injection contains millions of stem cells that work to renew your body over a period of 6 months to 2 years. We’re dedicated to ongoing support and follow-up care to monitor your progress and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Nobody comes close to our holistic protocol for regenerative medicine with stem cells.
We understand that, while worthwhile, this is a big investment in your health. That’s why (unlike others) we don’t just inject stem cells in you and walk away hoping for the best. Our proprietary procedure for administering stem cells makes sure you get the best results possible. Watch how:

How are Stem Cells Administered in Medicine?
Most stem cells are administered via intramuscular, intra-articular, intravenous, or intrathecal injections. Some treatments may also include a subcutaneous implant of stem cell-rich tissue.
Intravenous (IV)
Description: Intravenous stem cell applications are a common way of providing regenerative treatment for several chronic degenerative conditions. This treatment is not for patients with specific pre-existing DNA mutations. IV stem cells should be prescribed by a qualified doctor.
Provider: A qualified doctor or registered nurse at the direction and supervision of a doctor administers this stem cell treatment. No anesthesia is generally required for this injection.
Length of procedure: Intravenous stem cells can take about 1 to 2 hours from start to finish.
Intramuscular (IM)
Description: Intramuscular stem cells are injected directly into the muscle to promote healing in that general area. This injection will help heal sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other tissue damage.
Provider: A qualified doctor or registered nurse at the direction and supervision of a doctor administers this stem cell treatment. No anesthesia is generally required for this injection.
Length of procedure: 30 minutes.
Intra-articular (IA)
Description: Intra-articular stem cells are injected into an affected joint to treat orthopedic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis. This localized injection amazingly enhances the natural regeneration of the join tendon, ligaments, cartilage, and bone.
Provider: A qualified doctor or registered nurse at the direction and supervision of a doctor administers this stem cell treatment. No anesthesia is generally required for this injection.
Length of procedure: 1 to 2 hours.
Intrathecal Injection (Spinal Puncture)
Description: To reach the CSF and the brain, an injection of stem cells into the intrathecal space of the spinal cord (also called subarachnoid space) is used for treating injuries to the spinal cord, strokes, multiple sclerosis, and autoimmune diseases affecting the central nervous system.
Provider: An doctor or clinician qualified to administer epidural-type injections will provide the injection to the spinal canal through a vertebrae typically in the lower lumbar area.
Length of procedure: The intrathecal (spinal cord) stem cell treatment typically takes about 2 to 3 hours from start to finish.
Subcutaneous Tissue Implant
Description: A subcutaneous implant of stem cell-rich tissue called lyophilized placenta is placed in the abdominal region with the purpose of boosting the function and communication of your body with new umbilical cord stem cells.
Provider: A qualified physician will make a small insertion, place the stem cell-rich tissue, and suture the area. Anesthesia is provided.
Length of procedure: Administering this type of stem cell implant treatment takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
