What pace is good to start at? Well, to put it simply, you need to start walking.
That’s right, just start walking more. Walking is an iconic metaphysical activity of mankind. It connects us to our truest roots by clearing our head and keeping our bodily functions running like they’re supposed to. If there is one physical activity you should do until you die, it is walking.

Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. But, what if you feel too busy to work out? Just walk. Breathe deep, stretch, sprint, smile, laugh, and drink water while you walk. Your body will tell you what to do next.
You don’t need to set aside large amounts of time for walking. If you can’t do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or walking your dog. When is the best time to exercise? Early in the morning or after 5 pm according to our circadian rhythm. What is the best time for YOU to start exercising? Whenever fits your schedule best.
Drink a tall glass of lemon water upon awakening and go for a 30 minute – 1-hour walk outside.
